数控车削综合编程习举例 |

如图所示零件,加工内容有外圆车削、螺纹车削,螺纹车削应在外圆精车后进行。零件采用棒料毛坯进行加工,由于毛坯余量较大,因此,在进行外圆精车前应采用外圆粗车指令去除大部分毛坯余量,粗车后留0.2mm余量(单边)。根据以上零件的加工要求,需要外圆粗车刀、外圆精车刀、切槽刀和螺纹车刀。其中F 62圆柱面不加工,编写零件的数控加工程序:
